Synthetic Lawns

At Enviroscape, our strong belief in is that water is one of our most precious resources.  A real grass lawn usually needs to be watered everyday and cut at least once a week.In order to save water, yet have the look of a beautiful lawn and eliminate maintenance costs, modern technology has come  up with the modern marvel of…Synthetic grass.Synthetic grass, also known a Polyturf, looks just like real grass, but doesn’t need to be watered and mowing is unnecessary.
Polyturf requires a sizable initial investment, but you will make back your investment many times over, in the course of time.  A typical sod lawn will cost about $2.00 per square foot to install (plus irrigation costs).  A polyturf lawn will cost about %15,00 per square foot to install.  The Polyturf is about 5X the initial installation cost, HOWEVER, you don’t have the irrigation cost,  Add to this the money you will save on maintenance cost (no mowing) and the even bigger cost of not watering (ever) and you will make you money back may times over in a  period of time.

Polyturf installation is very labor intensive.  It requires bringing in decomposed Granite (DG) as a base and installing this material per manufacturer specs, to ensure the installation will last.

Polyturf makes sense.  It makes sense for our environment and for your long term cost savings.
